Rules for Airfares, Hotel and Car
reservations are displayed in a user friendly format for the user to accept
the associated rules and conditions.
Queue
PNRs are dynamically queued to the respective office I.D. based on user
and the primary service location. The user interface also allows
redirecting booking to another service location if required.
PNR Synchronization
Synchronizes PNR data for PNRs created both online and offline.
This function also keeps the PNR status on MyAccount/ MyProfile
section of the user synchronized with the latest status.
Special Service Requests
Interactive graphical seat maps for travelers/users to make
requests for their preferred seating. Also allows request for
special meals and assistance requirements.
My Account/ My Itineraries
Allows the user to view/manage/ search through itineraries
created either online or offline.
Connectivity to Multiple Databases

offline payment options at the same time. Rules can be set to

Can convert Air, Hotel, Car fares to any currency depending on
the origin country and destination country as per requirement.
Allows Time Limit Booking
Allows users to provisionally make reservations for the air
itinerary. The bookings can be held on time-limit, allowing user
to finalize travel plans before a ticket is finalized.
